I studied to a 500 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification from MiraCosta College in Oceanside, CA. I am a certified Herbalist and Wellness Coach who believes authentic love can change the world. Infusing my background as a music producer and DJ, I happily share vibrations in its many forms with the beautiful community of SLO County via beach conscious dances & crystal sound healing. I am a self care advocate who believes specifically in spending loving attention on ourselves - whether on the mat or in the real world can bring our soul back into our bodies, and our focus back into the present moment, where all of our power lies. After studying Zen and Theravadan Buddhism during the pandemic, and traveling all over America to uncover the most potent meditation, herbalism, and yogic techniques, I am honored to share with you a unique method to produce real results in your life through community and somatic healing. |
