Combining the strengthening flow of Vinyasa yoga with relaxing,
healing poses of yin yoga
What to Expect:
-Opening meditation and cacao ceremony
-Breath work, AKA Pranayama
-Yin stretches for tension release
-Vinyasa flow to fire and strengthen the body
-Hands-on feel-good adjustments (optional)
-Savasana and crystal bowl sound bath for the heart (closing meditation)
What to Bring:
-A large bed sheet & a Mexican blanket (this combination will replace your yoga mat for beach yoga).
Some sheets and blankets will be provided.
-Layers: scarf, jacket, beanie, etc.
-Water bottle
-An open mind
