Utilize the power of deep rest and mindful breaths and be guided into a state of rejuvenating healing. This 40 minute slow yoga (all levels, relaxing) class will end with a 20 minute crystal bowl sound bath experience.
Crystal bowl sound healing is a transformative experience of being encompassed in healing tones associated with different organ and glandular systems and nerve complexes of the body. Peer-reviewed scientific research has shown sound baths to be helpful in easing anxiety, depression and even increasing peripheral blood flow and tissue recovery.
Combining the strengthening flow of yoga and relaxing healing postures of yin yoga with the vibrational healing sounds of crystal bowls tuned to your seven chakras.
What to Expect:

-Kundalini breath work, aka pranayama
-Yoga flow to rejuvenate and strengthen the body
-Yin stretches for tension release
-Hands-on feel-good adjustments (optional)
-Crystal bowl sound bath savasana (resting posture) by the shore
What to Bring:
-A Mexican blanket or large towel
-Some sheets and blankets and mats will be provided

We incorporate Nature as our natural yoga studio, our chrysalis.
Picture yourself on a grassy cove, surrounded by large cypress trees with the sun on your skin and smalll breeze in your hair while enjoying moving meditation, relaxing restorative postures, and then a bliss-filled Savasana by the sea.
This all-levels class offers a peaceful yet invigorating movement sequence to harmonize body, breath, & soul. Weaving together the basics of alignment, calming breath work, and a touch of creative nuance, you can expect fun and light-hearted offerings.
Asana (postures) variations will be offered throughout, to ensure accessibility for all.
